About Diflucan
Diflucan is an antifungal antibiotic. It works by interfering with the formation of the fungal cell membrane thus killing sensitive fungi. Diflucan is prescribed for patients who suffer from fungal infections of any part of the body.
Common Facts
Diflucan works only if you take it constantly at the same time each day. Try not to miss any doses. Diflucan may also be used by patients who can suffer greatly from having fungal infections because of the weak immune systems caused by different conditions, as well as AIDS.
Directions
Take Diflucan exactly as it was prescribed by your doctor.
It is recommended to take this medicine by mouth with or without food.
If you miss a dose take it as soon as you remember. However, never take two doses at the same time.
Do not take more tablets, than prescribed by the doctor, at a time. In case of overdose, seek for the medical attention immediately.
Store Diflucan at a room temperature, avoiding heat.
