We oblige ourselves to package and ship your order within 3 days from the time it has been placed. The medicines we offer are manufactured and shipped from India; it is a long way so the delivery takes time. Non-traceable Regular Mail delivery takes 10-19 working days and traceable courier delivery takes 5-9 working days.

You can insure your package to protect it against loss by postal service or damage during shipping. By ordering insurance, we can provide the security you need when you are expecting your package through the mail.

If you order insurance, your product will be reshipped without any additional cost in case of loss or damage. If you do not wish to get insurance for your package, the reshipment of your order will cost additional amount for shipping.

If the product is delayed, please, contact our support team. We will find out the reason of the delay and offer you the most suitable solution.

Return policy

We don't accept any returns so please read carefully the information about the drug before buying it.

You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our support department. We can not accept order cancellation once the order is shipped. The refund procedure usually takes 5-7 working days, after this period the refund will be reflected on your credit card statement.
